At Nöl Collective, we want you to cherish your handcrafted pieces; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that as a small-scale collective, all returned items must be in their original condition with tags attached to support our sustainable production model.
Initiate Your Request
Email our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct shipping address.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original garment tags and labels remain attached and intact.
Ship the Item
Send your package using a trackable shipping service; please retain your tracking number as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our studio receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
